    • conducting marketing and analytical activities – the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (art. 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR),
    • taking steps to conclude a contract with Elżbieta Mańko if you are a candidate for employment, a potential client or a potential contractor of Elżbieta Mańko – the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the necessity of the processing in order to conclude a contract (art. 6 sec. 1 letter b GDPR),
    • taking steps before concluding the contract, aimed at associating and concluding a contract with Elżbieta Mańko’s contractor if you are his potential client – the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the necessity to process personal data before concluding the contract in order to take steps to conclude the contract with the business partner of Elżbieta Mańko (art. 6 sec. 1 letter b GDPR),
    • performance of the contract concluded with Elżbieta Mańko or her contractor, if you are Elżbieta Mańko’s customer / contractor or if you act on behalf of Elżbieta Mańko’s customer / contractor – the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the necessity of the processing in order to perform the contract (art. 6 sec. 1 letter b GDPR).
  3. Access to your data will be granted to my staff, subcontractors, contractors and entities providing services to me (i.e. IT and technical support services, accounting services, banking services, advisory and legal services, postal services, archiving and document destruction services, transport services), to the extent necessary to handle correspondence and reply to the message sent.
  4. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to reply to the message, and after this period until the Administrator’s interest is realized or objections to processing on this basis are carried out, and to the extent that communication takes place in the scope of concluding and performing the contract – until the end of the performance of this contract and the expiry of the limitation period for any contractual claims.
    • You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing or the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data, however, you should be aware that some of the requests listed here may be related to preventing the performance of the contract or the answer to the question asked. Requests regarding the processing of personal data should be submitted to the administrator’s address. Submit an objection to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons related to a particular situation,
    • file a complaint to the Polish Data Protection Commissioner.
  5. Providing data is voluntary.
  6. Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
  7. After completing the processing of your personal data for the original purpose, the data will not be processed for any other purpose.

Personal data is processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter a, b and f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on their free movement (hereinafter: GDPR) and art. 9 sec. 2 letter f) GDPR – establishing, investigating and defending claims.
